Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier’s tracking website.

Duties & Taxes
Once the package reaches the destination country, any import duties and taxes will be charged and these must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, as customs policies vary from country to country, we have no control over these fees. If you have any questions about customs charges, it is recommended that you contact your local customs.
U.S. Tariff Policy
Since late April, FacetVale has adjusted its shipping strategy and taken on significantly higher logistics costs to help U.S. customers avoid unexpected tariffs or duties during this uncertain period. This means all current orders continue to enjoy pre-policy pricing—with no extra charges for import taxes.
Please note: if there are any future changes regarding tariffs, customs, or shipping methods, we will notify customers in advance before those changes take effect.
As of now, all U.S. orders are shipping as normal, with no duties required from the recipient.
